Synole Patrick

Consulting IT Specialist with over 15 years in operational and management of IT and services with practical experience on software development, networking and management, direct management experience in an integrated technological and Business financial environment.
Synole has a Master of Science in Software Engineering & Master of Arts in Strategic Intelligence Studies from Fairfield University School of Engineering, Connecticut & St. Louis University USA, Degree in Information Technology, Makerere University, Diploma in project planning & management. A Human Rights Activist with over 12 years’ experience in Humanitarian Affairs and 7 years’ experience in disability rights advocacy and Organizational Development.

Ashiaf Kakaire
Program Manager
Kakaire is a Social Scientist, youth leader, mentor, Human Rights activist and entrepreneurial facilitator who is always at the center of mobilization and Organizing pro-youth Programs aimed at fostering change into the lives of the most vulnerable people and marginalized youth, women, Orphans and people with Disabilities (PWDs) with in their respective Communities using public relations, communications and debate as the staring.
Ashiaf is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Local Governance and Human Rights from Uganda Martyrs University Nkozi and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Islamic University in Uganda.

Tirulaga Recheal Konso
Program Officer
Recheal is a passion driven finalist perusing Bachelors of Management Science, a dedicated change maker with a Strong Debate and Public Speaking background committed to serving disadvantaged Youths, young women and other Special -needs population, independent minded, patient and critically analyses issues at length before making decisions.
Konso has expertise in assessing clients’ physical, emotional conditions and providing them with extensive assistance needed. She has keen interest in Empowering Girls in leadership by Instilling Self Esteem and confidence in them. Recheal has vast experience in project management and
implementation.
