We want to help and create a better world
MN Bumali Foundation is non-profit organisation founded in 2018 and fully registered in 2021 (Reg. Number 80020003455929) by individuals that have lived, experienced and walked the shoes of vulnerability of different dimensions including those living with a disability, and those who have been touched by the success of other members of this group through breaking all the barriers against all odds in their professional and social life.
In an effort to replicate that success in the rest of the community, the idea of establishing a unique organization with a certain perspective sprung, like other Non-Governmental Organizations and Humanitarian institutions, we aim at achieving sustainable results from developmental activities and self help initiatives to our communities, especially with the person with disabilities, youth, children,
women and widows.
Civil conflicts and the AIDs pandemic left many children growing up without parental care. Violence and corruption exacerbated existing poverty, and the fragile economy struggles with high inflation. The debilitating effects of malaria, HIV/AIDs and natural calamities have a huge impact on many families as there has been woefully inadequate government investment in health care system, schools and social welfare.
Our innovative combination of progress is implemented with consideration of HIV/ AIDS, OVCs and gender mainstreaming.
Services include the provision of assistive devices, promotion of inclusive education, livelihoods programs, disability sports and health care services.
